Vision boarding is a great visual exercise in focusing your aspirations and motivation across important stages in your life (or the life of your business). Whether the goals are: Career, Finances, Home, and Travel (to name a few). Vision boards have been utilized by individuals and athletes all the way to executives and corporations.

Does vision boarding/ dream boarding/ passion boarding and positive thoughts create change? It can. 

There are studies that showed that visualizing the work to achieve a goal was more likely to make the participants do the hard stuff associated with the pictured end result or outcome.

Visualization is a starting point of motivation to larger goals.
